I've always been interested in people.

I have always been good at reading the room and understanding people. I found that I could help people feel supported, while also helping them look at things from a different perspective.
Psychology gave me the opportunity to turn this into a profession.
I qualified in psychology in Italy and graduated from the University of Pisa in 2018 with a Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology. I am registered with the Ordine degli Psicologi della Toscana in Italy (registration number 9171).
Based in London, I continue to develop my knowledge through further training and professional experience, with a focus on understanding people and how psychology can be useful in everyday life.
My Experience
Over the past six years, therapy has been a big part of my work. I have supported adults through individual sessions, helping them understand what was happening and work on their emotions, difficulties and goals.
I have also had the opportunity to work in different settings and with people facing very different challenges, including special educational needs, brain injuries and long-term conditions. I have worked with charities and organisations too, developing and delivering workshops and training around psychological and behavioural topics.
All of these experiences have shaped the way I work today. They have taught me that people cannot be separated from the context they live and work in, and that psychology needs to adapt to the person, rather than the other way around.
What matters to me
Being real, warm and adaptable.
People are complicated, and I don't think psychology should be about trying to fit everyone into the same way of thinking or working. Whether I am working with a person, a group or an organisation, I want to understand what is happening, who is involved and what is actually needed.
I believe this is what makes psychology useful: being able to adapt what we know to real people and real situations.
