The nature of the service, session arrangements, fees, payment terms, cancellations and other relevant conditions will be communicated and agreed individually. Where appropriate, these arrangements will be set out in a separate therapy agreement.
 

4. Emergency and Crisis Support

This website, its contact form and email communications are not emergency or crisis support services. Messages are not monitored continuously, and I cannot guarantee an immediate response. They must not be relied upon for urgent mental health support or assistance in an emergency.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are concerned that you may harm yourself or someone else, please seek appropriate urgent support. In England, you can call NHS 111 and select the mental health option for urgent mental health support. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to your nearest A&E department.

Sending a message or email does not establish a therapeutic relationship or guarantee that support will be provided. Please do not use this website or email to seek emergency assistance.
 

5. Workshops, training and consultancy

I also offer workshops, training and consultancy for organisations, charities and other professional clients.

The scope, content, format, dates, fees, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and other relevant conditions of each project will be discussed and agreed directly with the client before the work begins.

Where appropriate, these arrangements will be set out in a separate written agreement or proposal.
